Why Pareto?

David and Duncan called their practice management consulting company Pareto Systems because of their fascination with the many layers of the Pareto Principle and how they impact an entrepreneur. Also known as the 80/20 Rule, the Pareto Principle suggests, for starters, that approximately eighty percent of an entrepreneur’s business is generated by about twenty percent of his or her clients. Duncan’s and David’s objective has always been to help entrepreneurs predictably attract and keep clients like those in the twentieth percentile while creating a precise and efficient business in the process.

Web based Pareto Platform CRM

Because of their fixation on predictable and quantifiable results, the Pareto Systems business development and practice management consulting grew steadily. In 2003, they unveiled the Pareto Platform, a one-of-a-kind web based Client Relationship Manager (CRM) integrated with their consulting program The Pareto System. The Pareto Platform provides the Financial Advisor with an easy-to-use dashboard for managing client relationships through processes that everyone in the practice can easily follow, which drastically increases accountability and success. The Platform includes articles with templates and scripts for interaction with clients, as well as audio and video covering countless aspects of the Financial Advisor’s practice.
