What I really like about the Pareto Platform is everything I need is available in one click. I used to use ACT and it was just too many bells and whistles and so complicated. The Platform is so much easier. Another thing is the Client Support; my assistant used to call the ACT 800 number and be on hold forever, with you guys it’s so much faster and you guys are so helpful, it’s great!
