The Pareto Platform Group Calendar is designed to allow Financial Advisors and their teams to organize their businesses, effectively manage their time, and restore liberation and order to their personal and business lives. The Group Calendar has an intuitive interface which allows you to quickly view the tasks each team member is working on for the day, week, or month. Each calendar item is color-coded by User, Type, and Division for easy reference.
This tool is central to putting the advisor and their team in control of their business. All actions are tracked automatically, tasks can be assigned en masse, and appointments can be rescheduled with a simple drag-and-drop. All completed tasks are saved as permanent records and cannot be changed, by owners or administrators, which both differentiates Pareto Platform from competitors and is a very important piece to compliance reporting requirements.

By utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook add-in, Pareto Platform CRM can be seamlessly integrated into the everyday Outlook experience by displaying CRM sections as folders in the Outlook Navigation Pane. This add-in also allows direct integration of Outlook email, contact, and task functionality, allowing users to:
- Send email using CRM: Users can easily send email messages from within a contact's CRM record. Once sent, email activities are automatically created and recorded into the contact's history.
